Saturday was a wonderful day to serve at Liliuokalani Gardens in Hilo. The “Legacy Project” sponsored by Hilo Lions Club, Local Scout Troop 19, and Friends of Liliuokalani Gardens brought volunteers together to help weed, trim, and beautify the Garden. Full time missionaries and church members also participated. Special thanks to Sean Benito, President of the Hilo Crescent Lions Club and member of the Keaukaha Ward for reaching out to the community. Sister Nora Kualii from the HIlo Stake Just Serve Committee assisted in involving members and missionaries. Mahalo everyone!
